A few days ago I was feeling inspired to make a video or something about setting up an IIS SMTP or Exchange server and connect them to each other on a local network with--just an odd skill picked up over the past year.

What stopped me was seeing just how many videos exist on this, setting up your own mail server or setting up a domain controller. Not quite the same, but very much similar. What's the point of more content on it, especially when you're competing with people with way more production?

Today though, I stumbled across the latest Hanselminutes podcast. It's a talk between Shaundai Person and Scott Hanselman. They give a good reminder that blogging should be for yourself and that everyone has their own take on things.
